“home” is a concept that is becoming more foreign as the globe homogenizes and the internet encroaches further into real life. calla bright creates paintings, zines, and paper mache sculptures exploring different interpretations of home and places to find it.
about the artist
calla bright is a multimedia artist based in dc and northern va. they are engaged in the local punk scene and enjoy live music and dancing in their free time. she hopes that the joy and energy she approaches life with is conveyed through their works.
